And I did this one while I was uploading the previous one.

Sooo late .. two weeks nearly

A sea farer. I am interested in styles from the middle ages and this is an experiment into that direction. I am still a week behind but the new one will follow in a sec to bring me up to speed.

Arch Enemy

It took me a few days of thinking about who my real enemies are. Lately I found a creature that really pisses me off. I would not miss it if it died off. Although I fear that it will survive mankind. I blame this creature for waking me up in the middle of the night, for suckin my precious blood, for being intolerably mean and coward and last but not least unscrupulous. I wish you a sudden death all you punkies!

The Story starts up again..

with a splutter and a clang, like an old, dusty Otto motor after 3 decades of desert sun. Marc and Alex are back with regular drawings. We will change the rythm to once a week now and hope that, in return, we can continue without a total breakdown. Besides we are getting older and need to pace ourselves.

It’s Marc’s turn this week and his theme is arch enemy. May this enterprise find favour with God Almighty.

Apollo geez!!

Dear audience.
Both Messr Boettler and I have been busy, very busy in the last month or two. Hence we are pausing our daily drawing match at the moment. Please feel free to peruse the old woks though. Drawings do not have a view-by date, and it may refresh your memory of the works or you may find new aspects.

When things have calmed down a bit we will discuss further action on this work front.

Good eve’. A black and white one again tonight, and one done in tiredness. and also in some sadness as, I think, can be seen from the work. Whooo, need to check the pizzas haven’t turned into coal.

what’s this all about?

Marc and I (Alex) have decided to set up a blog and to post drawings on alternating days, excepting Sundays. Because we live quite far apart and because it sounded great and has turned out to be inspiring. THe concept is pretty open, mostly consisting of drawings made “fresh” a few minutes before posting. We are also looking into having guest draftsmen and women which would bring a nice opening touch and also include some more friends than just the two of us. we will run this for two months and then reassess (?) the project, hopefully with the help of YOU.  As it started on the 13th of April it will run untill the 13th of June.
